Hey people! restructuring is here! as part of it, we will from now on be following this chart. why? i will explain in the journal, but in short to keep track of everyone and what they are doing and to more evenly distribute the workload to name a few things, but we need you all to do a few things for this to work.
first of all on the chart look and find your name. if there is a question mark next to your name you need to send me a quick note confirming that you are ok with that job (or jobs)
if you are not ok with a job or jobs you got just pass me a note and i will take care of it.
And, if you don't see your name at all guess what you need to do! yes! send me a note!
we are pretty sure we got everyone but if not we are going to do our best to fix it.

Now to find out what you do on this chart, find your name in a specific square, then follow all the arrows that come to you and that goes from you to another. For example, the concept artists. The concept artists make art that goes to the storyboarder and modellers, but must go first be OK'd by the creative consultants and admin first. So when things are approved they will be given to the next team on the list, but if it isn’t approved it will be given back to the person who sent it in for approval. the only difference between all the other squares is they do a different job and at different stages of production. Hope this makes sense but if it doesn’t the chart creators and I will give you a brief explanation for your specific square.
